MY SEWING ASSISTANT

Terms of service

Updated September 22, 2026

These terms govern your use of the My Sewing Assistant website, Studio, and mobile apps. My Sewing Assistant is operated by Aerovisus Business Solutions LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for using accurate account information, protecting access to your sign-in method, and promptly telling us if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not use the service to break the law, interfere with the service, or access another person's information without permission.

Studio membership

Studio features require an active membership unless we have granted developer, reviewer, promotional, or other complimentary access. New web memberships begin with a seven-day free trial. A payment method is collected at checkout, and the monthly or annual plan you select starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. You can cancel through the member billing portal before the trial ends to avoid the first charge, or cancel a paid membership to stop future renewal. Cancellation does not remove access through the end of an already paid period.

Purchases and refunds are also subject to the terms of the payment provider or app store that processed the transaction. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived in your location.

Your sewing information

You keep ownership of the project details, notes, measurements, files, and other material you create. You are responsible for keeping any exports or backups you need. MYSA keeps a device-local workspace copy and syncs it to your signed-in account so you can use it across devices. Offline changes remain on the device until the connection is restored. Clearing app or browser data removes that device's local copy.

Sewing guidance and safety

Mysa provides general organizational and educational guidance. It is not a substitute for a pattern designer's instructions, equipment manuals, or professional advice. Check measurements, test unfamiliar techniques on scrap material, and follow manufacturer safety instructions when using tools and machinery.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, or change the service as it develops. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but we will use reasonable care in operating the service. We may suspend access needed to protect users or the service, comply with law, or address misuse.

Ending use

You may stop using Mysa at any time and can request account deletion from our account-deletion page. Provisions that reasonably need to survive—such as ownership, payment obligations already incurred, warranty limitations, and legal compliance—continue after use ends.
